The reservation is confirmed after a deposit of an agreed percentage is paid, and the remaining amount is due before the start of the tour.
We accept cash, bank transfer, or electronic payment, depending on availability.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the tour.
If cancelled less than 48 hours prior, a 25% fee will be deducted.
If no-shows are made without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

4. Use of the Service

The company is committed to providing a luxurious, air-conditioned limousine and a professional driver on the scheduled date.
The client is responsible for any intentional damage or misuse of the vehicle during the tour.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.

5. Limitation of Liability

The company is not responsible for delays resulting from circumstances beyond our control (such as traffic congestion, weather conditions, or road accidents).
The company strives to ensure the safety of its clients, but is not responsible for any injuries or losses resulting from personal negligence or failure to follow the instructions of the driver or tour guide.
